You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
The return period starts on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, not from the order date or payment date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must include the original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that are used, damaged, modified, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return.

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product received is defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
